Ordering: We require a minimum 3-Day notice, during the non-holiday season, to properly process your order(s). All orders must be paid in full before processing.
Holiday Ordering: We require a 2-week's notice to properly process your Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve and Day) order(s). As this is usually a busy season for us, we ask that you order early as we limit these orders to 10 per Holiday.
Party & Event Ordering: For large Parties and Events, please contact us well in advance of your Event date. Once your order is accepted, we require a 50% deposit to hold that specific date for you. The full balance is due one week prior to your Event date. In the If you need to cancel your Event, we will be happy to refund 50% of your deposit.
Payment Methods: We currently accept the following - cash, debit/ATM, and credit cards. Payments can be made securely online via PayPal, over the phone, or in person, prior to your order being processed.
Expedited Services: Oops, you forgot to order that dessert!!! We know sometimes you need to place that last minute order, and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We do, however, charge a $25.00 additional fee for orders needed within 48-24 hours. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order. Thank you.
Shipping: We do offer USPS Express Mail Overnight and Priority Mail shipping in the Continental U.S., on a limited number of items. Please contact us for the items and a shipping quote.

Do You Deliver?
We currently offer delivery only for Party & Event catering. We do offer "arranged pick up" for all other orders.
Do You Offer Custom Cakes and/or Desserts?
Yes. We are happy to customize a Cake or Dessert order for you. We ask that you contact us to discuss your idea, and provide a photo of what you would like recreated. Prices vary for each customized order. Please allow at least 10 business days for your Custom order to be processed.
Do You offer vegan, sugar free or gluten free products?
No, we currently do not cater to this dessert market. Some or all of our desserts will contain one or more of these ingredients: sugar, dairy products, chocolate, eggs, gluten, nuts, fruit, etc. It is the Buyers responsibility to purchase accordingly.
Do You Offer Dessert Table Set-Up?
Yes. We will provide our own dishes to set up a beautiful Dessert Table at your Party or Event. The set up will include dessert serving plates, napkins, and carry-out containers for your guest. Set-up prices range from $100 - $175.
